Welcome to the campaign site for the Coalition for Quality Flexible Work . In early November 2006 more than 20 business, professional, community groups and trade unions came together to support Sue Kedgley’s flexible working hours bill, and to campaign for its coverage to be extended to all workers. Now Coalition membership has grown to 50 organisations, including business and professional, legal, community and union organisations.

- 22 November 2007:  Responses from members of the Coalition and others, posted in the media section.
- 21 November 2007, 8.30pm:  The bill passed its final reading tonight 69 votes to 50.
- 21 November 2007:  Parliament are tonight debating the final reading Employment Relations (Flexible Working Arrangements) Amendment Bill.  It is expected to pass in to law shortly after 7.30pm tonight.
- 10 September 2007: Rigidity a puzzle as NZ workers seek flexibility - opinion piece from CTU secretary Carol Beaumont in the DominionPost and Press newspapers.
- 27 August 2007: Send an email now to your local MP letting them know you support the Flexible Working Hours Bill and they should too.
